Ambassador Beyrle Interviewed by the Voice of Russia (in Russian)

"Moving from words to deeds" was the theme of a wide-ranging radio interview given by Ambassador Beyrle to Russian state radio on March 12. The Ambassador talked about the outcome of the recent meeting between Secretary Clinton and Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, and the upcoming meeting between President Obama and President Medvedev. The interview, in Russian, was broadcast live on the Voice of Russia, and later in the day excerpts were played on the prime time news of the popular stations Radio Mayak and Radio Vesti FM, and excerpts were shown on Vesti-24 TV, the 24-hour Russian Russian news channel, and on Russia Today TV.
