  1. Replacement of thirteen existing Air Conditioning units in government owned residences according SOW 


Statement of Work

The Contractor shall perform the following services:

Replace 13 (8 sets of YORK N2AHD14A93A + G3HC036 and 5 sets of Carrier FB4B036 and 38EYX036).

Existing York and Carrier A/C units operated on R22 Freon with an equal or larger capacity 13 new A/C units operated with R410a Freon. Units should fit to existing space requirements. Submit technical proposal to the Embassy for approval.

Replacement of inside and outside units shall include but not be limited with following steps and items:

  • Existing outside unit concrete pedestal repair 
  • Existing electrical lines inspection and replacement if required such as: 24VAC (between unit and thermostat), 380 volt line between outside condenser and main electrical switch box and 220 volt line between inside unit and main electrical switch box. 
  • New outside electrical power disconnector installation no less than 50 cm. from the ground  
  • Existing copper lines replacement 
  • New PVC drain pipe installation and drainage of condensing water into sewing line with disconnected line p-trap 


The Contractor shall provide submittals on each materials and equipment to be used on the contract for approval. No work shall begin until the Bill of Materials is accepted by the COR.


The Contractor shall obtain all required licenses and permits at no additional cost to the Embassy.

All work, either in progress or in a completed state under this contract, shall be continuously protected by the Contractor against damage, and shall be so secured as to preclude any accident or damage to adjacent property, personnel or residence occupants, until turned over to and accepted by the Embassy. Floors around the work area shall be covered to protect carpet against any damage.

Debris produced from the work shall be removed and disposed of on a daily basis. Contractor shall perform a cleanup of the construction site on a daily basis, including vacuuming the working area on a daily basis. Contractor shall dispose of all trash/debris in construction trash bags and deposit into one of the empty garages as directed by the COR. A trash container shall be provided by the Contractor when the garage is filled to a container volume. Debris disposal shall be done in compliance with the applicable local codes for industrial waste disposal. For details please call 495-728-5216.

Radio frequencies rental for official purposes

The Contractor shall provide complete services for the US Embassy in Moscow. Services provided shall include;

A) Rental for (3) sets of radio frequencies, including normal repair and routine maintenance (inclusive of all parts and labor costs);

B) Equipment rental in support of the 3 (three) operative sites;

C) Managing the approval process for frequency use as well as the use of radios; User fee to Russianauthorities for frequencies and use of radios.;

D) On call 24 hour technical support;

E) Additional frequencies and radios for official visits.

The contractor shall ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and shall be uninterrupted, clear and with no static.  Network problems shall be remedied immediately.
