Arms Control Implementation
 

The Arms Control Implementation Division is responsible for supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA's) arms control mission in Russia and keeps appropriate DTRA directorates and business offices informed on all arms control issues and activites. The Chief of the Arms Control Implementation Division serves as DTRA's liaison to the Russian Nuclear Risk Reduction Center (RNRRC) and provides on-site inspection functional expertise to the Chief of the Defense Threat Reduction Office - Moscow, as well as to other members of the country team as required. Treaties and activites supported by the Arms Control Implementation Division include START, CFE, Open Skies, PPRA and TOBOS.
