Environment, Science and Technology (EST)
The Environment, Science and Technology (EST) section at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow coordinates bilateral US-Russian relations in a wide variety of areas. These include general science policy, public health, biotechnology, the environment, natural disasters, telecommunications policy, computer/Internet issues, nuclear non-proliferation and safety, missile non-proliferation, and non-proliferation of chemical and biological weapons-related technologies.
