The Information Resource Center (IRC) is dedicated to providing online resources and information to diverse audiences in order to promote a better understanding of U.S. society, values and policies.
Online Libraries and Research Support
The IRC offers access to eLibraryUSA a comprehensive online library of over 30 commercial and academic databases. Contact us for more information (firstname.lastname@example.org). The IRC also provides current information about U.S. policies, legislation, culture, and society to diverse audiences.
As part of the Public Affairs Section, the IRC offers programs on American culture and society to schools, libraries, universities, and businesses.
Support for the Moscow American Center
The IRC works directly with the American Center to provide relevant content to students, educators, and general audiences and with libraries and community centers to broaden access to educational resources and information technology.
