Information Resource Center

The Information Resource Center (IRC) provides current and authoritative information about the United States of America on legislative, economic, cultural, and social issues. It offers reference and research services to Russian government officials, Duma members, journalists and researchers with professional interest in the United States.

Resources

The IRC's resources include access to U.S. government and commercial databases that include general reference materials as well as specialized collections of legislative information and full-text articles from a wide range of periodicals.

Electronic Services

The IRC maintains a daily electronic distribution list that provides information on selected U.S. Government documents recently made available in Russian, as well as U.S. Embassy Moscow press releases, highlights from the latest Russian editions of Electronic Journals, and announcements of important Congressional hearings.
