How To Send Missing Documents

Pony Express service will deliver the missing documents to the Embassy Consular Section for free. Please visit www.ustraveldocs.com for instructions.
Original documents may be dropped off at the Embassy’s North Gate (located at the corner of Konyushkovskaya Ulitsa and Konyushkovskoy Pereulok), any business day from 2:00 to 4:00pm
Please include your name, case number, and contact information when turning in the documents.
Copies of documents – in those cases where originals are not required – may be emailed to consulmo@state.gov.
English- and Russian-speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in each time zone within Russia. The call center is closed for Russian and U.S. holidays. Please use one of the following phone numbers:
