NATO Summit in Bucharest
Leaders from all 26 NATO members as well as 23 partner countries,
including Russia, attended the April 2-4 NATO meetings, where they
discussed the mission in Afghanistan, NATO enlargement and
relationships with NATO partners. The NATO-Russia council also met
April 4.
