The American Citizen Services Unit at the Embassy can add an additional 24-page insert to a U.S. passport for a fee of $82. The process takes 30-45 minutes and is completed while you wait. You may also use our mail-in service. Your passport will be returned in 2-3 days.

To add additional pages, complete an Application for Additional Visa Pages and submit it with your passport.

Please note that if the passport holder is under 16 years of age, one parent must sign the application. It is not necessary for the minor child to appear at the Embassy.

Appointment System for American Citizen Services

Services for Americans are now by appointment only.  Embassy Moscow's online appointment system allows you to make, change or cancel appointments.  Once your appointment is made, you can print a confirmation page, and we will send you an e-mail reminder with instructions for your appointment at the Embassy.

While walk-in service requests will no longer be accepted, we do not require appointments for emergencies.  If you are a U.S. citizen with an emergency, please call (495) 728 - 5577.  After hours, call (495) 728 - 5000 and ask to speak to the duty officer.  Emergency services for American citizens are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
