FotoFest in Houston Opens Photo-Art Exhibition in Moscow

On August 5, FotoFest in Houston opened a photo-art exhibition at the Moscow Museum of Contemporary Art. FotoFest brought to Russia four exhibitions including the works of the both established and younger artists. Artists from eleven countries in Europe, Asia, Lain American and the United States presented 260 pieces of artwork. For many this was a first time opportunity to show work in Russia. FotoFest is known as one of the most authoritative world photographic forums. Its activities combine exhibition, educational, enlightening and social programs. The exhibition runs from August 5 to September 6, 2004.
