A Clown for the Thinking Man

On April 27-28, American clown Avner Eisenberg, "a clown for the thinking man," made first time appearances in Russia with his Broadway production "Exceptions to Gravity" for audiences in Moscow at the Theater Center "Na Strastnom." His one-man show is called "Avner the Eccentric," but it could just as easily be called Avner the Clown, The Juggler, The Magician or The Eclectic. Avner Eisenberg has many international festival awards in the arts of the theater and circus and is a member of the International Clown Hall of Fame. The concerts were supported by the U.S. Embassy in Moscow and the Trust for Mutual Understanding in New York.
