American Film Festival — "Images of America"

From September 28 - October 1, the first annual American Film Festival showcased the diversity of American cinema — documentary and independent films, American classics and new releases — whose themes provided an authentic "Image of America," its people, culture and psychology. The documentary film program featured a retrospective of films by the celebrated director Fred Wiseman. Special guests included American documentary and independent film directors, producers and actresses — Marilyn Agrelo, Steven Ascher, Alan Berliner, Siofra Campbell, Nick Guthe, Robin Hessman, Nikki Reed, William Taylor Smith, and Fred Wiseman.
