ODC supports different agencies in Russia from the Ministry of Defense, Emergency Services Command, & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and their subordinate commands.
The ODC is responsible for implementation of a variety of programs within the country of Russia which include:

- Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP)
We also help in coordination of eligible candidate's participation at the George C. Marshall Center www.marshallcenter.org and Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies www.apcss.org.
