Departure Verification

We will provide persons who have been granted voluntary departure or who have been ordered removed, with written verification of their departure from the U.S.

The departure verification form must be filled out at USCIS Moscow in person. Please bring all removal or departure-related forms issued by a DHS Official or Immigration Judge in the United States as well as evidence of departure such as a passport with exit/entry stamps and airline tickets. Please bring evidence of a bond if one was paid. If you have lost the original departure verification form, USCIS Moscow will provide a substitute form.

No appointment is necessary; simply come to the USCIS window #20 at the U.S. embassy in Moscow at Novinsky Bulvar 19/23 any working day between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. For further information, please email moscow.dhs@dhs.gov.
