Fingerprinting/Biometrics
The USCIS Moscow Field Office does not provide fingerprinting/biometrics services; however, in certain emergent situations we will make arrangements for an individual to have fingerprints taken at another office in Moscow. Be aware that this process takes no less than a week to receive the fingerprint results.
If you file an application or petition in the U.S. that requires fingerprinting/biometrics, you will be given a notice to appear at an Application Support Center (ASC) in the U.S. Be aware that failure to appear at the ASC for fingerprinting/biometrics may result in the denial of your application or a significant delay in the processing of your application.
