Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition (Form I-730)

Refugees and Asylees in the United States may file Form I-730 Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition for qualifying relatives to enter the United States.  The USCIS Moscow Field Office does not accept or adjudicate the Form I-730.  Please visit www.uscis.gov/i-730 for instructions on filing Form I-730.  Once the Form I-730 is appropriately filed and approved, the International Organization for Migration will schedule an interview with the USCIS Moscow Field Office
